Biography:
I was born in Summerhill, PA. I graduated from Forest Hills High
School in 1995. I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
at Penn State University in May 2000. I have interests in automotive
and motorcycle design with a background in Internal Combustion Engines,
Vehicle Dynamics, Noise Control, Vibration Analysis, and Finite Element
Analysis. At Penn State I gained a lot of computer knowledge.
I have experience in using AutoCAD, C++, MatLab, ANSYS, and Microsoft Office.
I also acquired experience in Web Site design. I have two years experience
working for the ship silencing and vibration analysis branch at the Norfolk
Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA. Here I learned engineering knowledge
pertaining to vibration analysis and isolation, technical writing, and
interpersonal skills. I am currently working for Northrop Grumman
Newport News. I work in the Signatures Department where I am constantly
learning new skills in the field of Noise Control.
