The objectives are to explore successful alternatives to principal administered evaluation, and to conduct a workshop to share and discuss these findings.

     I will create teacher observation forms containing personalized options: peer observation, video taping, teacher exchange, etc.  A pre-evaluation form will be sent to each teacher asking them what areas they would like to work on.  An observation or option plan will be conducted, and a post-evaluation form will be used.  This will tie into our Middle-States evaluation procedure.

     I will conduct a teacher workshop to instruct the teachers about the evaluation procedures.  About half the evaluation forms will be sent to teachers in the public school.
