| The objectives of the Law Handbook section
are to become familiar with the PA School Law Handbook and District's Desktop
Legal Handbook.
I will review the PA School Law Handbook and
a journal for private schools.
I have received the PA School Law Handbook and reviewed it by chapter. I have reviewed the District Desktop Legal Handbook but have been advised by the legal department of the Pennsylvania School Board Association that this handbook has not been revised since 1994. It is no longer being published. Because of the many recent legal issues changing in the state, they no longer feel this handbook should be used. They have just begun to revise this handbook. The revision process will take at least two years. COMPLETED
